Justin O’Dell Leads Election Contest

Justin O’Dell Successfully Leads Another Election Contest to Protect Residents of Cobb County’s Six Cities

In March of 2012, Cobb County held a faulty election whereby the residents of Marietta, Acworth, Kennesaw, Smyrna, Austell, Mableton and Powder Springs were disenfranchised and denied their right to vote on the issue of Sunday Sales.  Justin took the matter to Court and successfully overturned the election.  A proper election was held without any additional costs to the taxpayers.  As Justin demonstrated, the integrity of the election process must always be preserved.  Justin was featured in multiple newspapers, was interviewed on AM-WSB Radio, Channel 46, Fox 5 and 11 Alive News about the importance of local elections.
